What are your standard hours of operation?
Our lifestyle managers are available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For clients on our elite retainer tiers, we provide an after-hours hotline for urgent, time-sensitive requests.
Can you assist me while I am traveling?
Absolutely. While our hands-on errand services operate within a 30KM radius of our headquarters, our virtual concierge services—including travel curation, reservation securing, and global research—are available to you anywhere in the world.
How much advance notice do you require for a request?
To ensure flawless execution, we recommend submitting standard requests [48 to 72 hours] in advance. We understand life moves fast, so we accommodate urgent, same-day requests whenever possible, subject to an expedited service fee.
Are there any tasks you do not perform?
For liability and safety reasons, our team cannot perform heavy manual labor, specialized home construction, child transportation, or any activities that violate local laws. If a request falls outside our scope, we are happy to source, vet, and oversee an accredited third-party professional on your behalf.
Pricing, Fees, & Billing
When does the billing clock start for hourly services?
To ensure absolute transparency, billing begins the exact moment your dedicated concierge initiates work on your request—whether that is drafting an itinerary from our office or departing to run a physical errand. We do not bill for the return transit back to our headquarters.
Do you charge for mileage or travel expenses?
Standard travel within our core service radius is entirely complimentary. Errand routes extending beyond this boundary incur a standard vehicle mileage fee of XAF 500 per mile to cover fuel and transit wear.
Do my unused monthly retainer hours roll over?
To guarantee that we always reserve adequate staff and priority availability for your account, retainer hours must be utilized within the active calendar month. A maximum of 3 hours may be rolled over to the consecutive month.

How do you vet your concierge staff?
Your security is our absolute priority. Every member of our team undergoes a rigorous screening process, including comprehensive multi-state criminal background checks, Driving record audits, professional reference verifications, and strict character assessments.
Will I always work with the same person?
Retainer clients are matched with a primary, dedicated lifestyle manager to ensure a personalized experience and deep understanding of your preferences. To maintain uninterrupted service, a secondary, fully briefed backup concierge will step in only during your primary manager’s scheduled vacations or unexpected illness.
